The Event Services team at the Fargo-Moorhead Convention & Visitors Bureau offers years of experience and creative solutions to knock your tournament out of the park!
Event Services
Qualified events will receive the following free of charge:
> Housing services**
> Badges or bag tags for participants, volunteers, and event staff*
> One welcome banner per facility*
> One set of brackets or schedule per facility*
> Four additional signs*
> Visitor information packets*
*Request forms must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the requested pick-up
**Requests must be made at least 45 days in advance
Housing
Courtesy rates, contracted hotels, and an internal housing bureau
Badges
3″ x 4″ printed on plastic
Lanyard and bag loop options
It can be personalized with names for players and coaches and include name, school/club, city, etc.
Single-sided general credentials for volunteers and on-site staff.
Banners
8′ x 3′ OR 6′ x 3′ paper banners can be used as a welcome banner, directional banner, or sponsor banner.
Signage
20″ x 30″ OR 24″ x 36″ that can be used for directional advice, admissions, sponsorship, or brackets.
